Maple Old Fashioned
2 oz Company Distilling Bourbon ½ oz Maple Simple Syrup (1:1 maple syrup and water) 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters 1 Maraschino Cherry 1 Orange Peel Preparation: Add Company Bourbon, maple simple syrup, and bitters to a cocktail mixing glass with ice. Stir rapidly (30 sec) until mixed and chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with the cherry and orange peel
Beez Kneez
2 oz Ghost Rail Gin ¾ oz Lemon Juice ¾ oz Honey Syrup (1:1 ratio of honey and warm water to dissolve) 3 drops Lavender Bitters In shaker add ice, Ghost Rail gin, lemon juice, honey syrup and bitters. Shake until chilled. Strain into coupe glass. Garnish with lemon rind.
Tropical Townsend
2 oz Coconut Ace Gap Fill w/ Pineapple Juice Splash of Orange Juice 3 drops Elemakule Tiki Bitters Garnish w/toasted coconut flakes Preparation: Add Coconut Ace Gap, pineapple juice, orange juice, and bitters into rocks glass filled with ice. Top with coconut flakes.
Chocolate Manhattan
1.5 oz Company Bourbon
1 oz Ace Gap Chocolate Truffle
2 dash Fee Brothers Aztec Chocolate bitters
Garnish w/ maraschino cherry
Prep: In mixing vase, add all ingredients. Stir until chilled. Strain into coupe glass.
