1.Shake strain

2 oz. Memphis Vodka
1 oz. Espresso (or cooled, strong coffee)

1.Shake all ingredients with ice.

Gimlet

Gin & Tonic
2 oz. Formula No. 10 Gin
.25 oz. Fresh lime juice
.75 oz. Jack Rudy Tonic Syrup
4 oz. High-quality soda water
1. Add gin, lime, and syrup to a glass with ice.

Honeybell & Soda
2 oz. Honeybell Citrus Vodka
4-6 oz. High-quality soda water
1. Add vodka over ice in a Collins glass.

Manhattan
2 oz Huling Station Bourbon
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 dashes Orange bitters
1. Add ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir to chill and dilute.

4. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
Memphis Mule
2 oz. Memphis Vodka or Honeybell Citrus Vodka
.5 oz. Fresh lime juice
6 oz. Ginger beer
1. Pour vodka and juice over ice.
2. Top with ginger beer.
Tom Collins
2 oz. Formula No. 10 Gin
1 oz. Fresh lemon juice
.5 oz. Simple syrup
3-4 oz. High-quality soda water
1. Add gin, lemon, and syrup to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake to chill and dilute.
3. Strain over ice into a Collins glass.
4. Top with soda; garnish with an orange wedge.
Whiskey Sour
2 oz. Huling Station Bourbon
.75 oz. Fresh lemon juice
.5 oz. Rich simple syrup (2:1)
1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into a Collins glass over ice.
3. Top with soda water.
4. Garnish with orange peel or cherry
Cranberry Toddy
2 ounces of Huling Station Bourbon
2 ounces of apple juice
3 ounces of cranberry juice
1 teaspoon of honey (or to taste)
½ lemon, juiced (or to taste)
slices of apple, for garnish
Directions
Heat apple, cranberry, and lemon juice in a small saucepan.
Remove mixture from heat and pour into serving glass with bourbon and honey.
Stir well to combine and serve.
Garnish with slices of apple.
